Regular Bathroom Cleaning
Maintain a fresh and odor-free bathroom by conducting regular cleaning, paying special attention to the toilet and drain.
Eliminate Odors with Pineapple
Prepare a pineapple and a small candle. The natural fragrance of pineapple will help eliminate unpleasant odors and musty smells.
First, cut off the pineapple’s stem, scoop out the inside, and carve a large hole in the shell. Place the candle on a dish, light it, and cover it with the pineapple shell. The heat from the candle will diffuse the pineapple’s scent, neutralizing any bad smells.
Odor Removal with Lemons
Lemons are natural deodorizers and their acidity helps remove stains. Squeeze the juice of 3-4 lemons onto the toilet bowl, let it sit for an hour, and then scrub as usual. This will quickly remove stains and odors.
Eliminate Odors with Lemongrass
Lemongrass has a distinctive aroma and is excellent for quickly removing bathroom odors. Use a bunch of fresh lemongrass, crushing the roots to release more fragrance. Hang it in the bathroom to neutralize smells.
Replace the lemongrass when it dries out and loses its scent.
Plant Air-Purifying Plants
Some plants, like peace lilies, snake plants, mint, and ivy, are excellent air purifiers and can thrive in low-light, humid environments. Pot these plants and keep them in your bathroom to naturally improve the air quality. Remember to occasionally expose them to natural light to keep them healthy.
Use Essential Oils or Mentholated Oils
These oils are excellent for eliminating bathroom odors. Use them with an oil diffuser or add a few drops of mentholated oil to the core of your toilet paper roll for an effective odor-fighting solution.
