Seaweed Tofu Soup: A Delicious and Nutritious Dish
Ingredients:
Dried seaweed: 50g
Minced pork: 100g
Silken tofu: 1 box
Shallots
Seasonings: Broth mix, salt, fish sauce, MSG, ground pepper.

Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
Rinse the seaweed and soak it until it softens, then cut it into bite-sized pieces. Cut the silken tofu into similar-sized pieces, and finely chop the shallots. Sauté the shallots, then add the minced pork and season with 1 teaspoon of broth mix and 1/3 teaspoon of ground pepper.
Step 2: Cook the soup
In a pot, add 1 liter of water and bring it to a boil. Put the seaweed in and season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of broth mix, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon of MSG. Once it boils again, add the tofu and cook for a few minutes. Finally, add the chopped scallions and turn off the heat.
