1. Sea Salt and Olive Oil

Sea salt is a versatile ingredient, widely used not only in cooking but also in beauty routines. When combined with olive oil, it transforms into a highly effective exfoliating blend. The salt cleanses, disinfects, and removes dead skin cells, while olive oil nourishes, leaving the skin soft, smooth, and hydrated post-exfoliation.

When paired with olive oil, this mixture becomes an incredibly effective exfoliating solution.

The process is straightforward: mix 50g of sea salt with 50ml of olive oil, then apply the blend to your entire body. Gently massage using circular motions for 5–10 minutes with your hands or a specialized massage tool, and rinse off with warm water. Consistent use, 1–2 times weekly, will reveal noticeably brighter, smoother, and more radiant skin.

2. Strawberries and Fresh Milk

This exfoliating recipe, featuring strawberries and fresh milk, is suitable for all skin types due to its natural, gentle ingredients. Strawberries are rich in vitamin C and natural acids that brighten and cleanse the skin, while fresh milk hydrates and nourishes, ensuring a soft and supple complexion. To prepare, blend 2 strawberries with 100ml of fresh milk until smooth. Apply the mixture to your body or targeted areas, massage gently for 10 minutes, and rinse with clean water. Instantly, your skin will feel refreshed, smooth, and vibrant.

Immediately after application, your skin will feel smooth, radiant, and revitalized.

3. Lemon and Sugar

For oily skin types, a lemon and sugar scrub is ideal. Sugar gently removes dead skin cells, while the citric acid in lemon deep cleans, eliminates odors, and brightens the complexion. Combine 4 teaspoons of sugar with the juice of 1 fresh lemon to create a thick paste. After cleansing your skin to remove dirt and excess oil, apply the mixture, massage for 5–10 minutes, and rinse thoroughly. Your skin will feel refreshed, smooth, and visibly clearer. Note: Lemon increases sun sensitivity, so ensure thorough sun protection post-treatment.
