Hot dry weather in the summer always brings concerns about dry, tangled, split ends hair for women. In addition, frequent exposure to chemicals through processes like perming, straightening, dyeing… will make your hair look more and more damaged. The natural hair conditioners below will help you deal with the risk of imperfect hair. They don’t take much time, effort, and money. All the ingredients for making these homemade conditioners are very familiar in life, therefore, it only takes 10 minutes every day to have shiny, smooth hair.

1. Honey

To achieve shiny and smooth hair, follow these steps:

1. Honey treatment: In a bowl of warm water, mix a spoonful of honey until well combined. After washing your hair, apply the mixture and leave it on for 5 minutes. Let your hair air dry without rinsing again. This will instantly give your hair a shiny and smooth appearance.

2. Rice water treatment: Soak rice water overnight and use it to wash your hair as usual. While washing, gently massage your scalp to improve blood circulation. After 15 minutes, rinse your hair with clean water.

These natural remedies will provide your hair with the desired shine and smoothness. Give them a try!

3. Yogurt

After shampooing, use diluted yogurt with warm water and rinse it on your hair. Massage your hair for 15 minutes and rinse again with water. This method will make your hair softer and healthier.

In addition, you can also take care of your hair at home with easy-to-make homemade conditioners as follows:

1. Avocado and coconut water

Ingredients: Pulp of 1 ripe avocado and half a cup of coconut water.

How to make: Mix the pulp of avocado with coconut water. Apply this mixture evenly to your hair from the roots to the ends of your hair. Wait for about 10 – 15 minutes, then rinse with water.

2. Egg and olive oil

Ingredients: 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

How to make: Beat an egg yolk until it foams up, then add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and water. Use this mixture to massage your hair evenly. Finally, wash your hair with water.

3. Aloe vera and conditioner

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of aloe vera juice and 30ml of conditioner.

How to make: Take the pulp of fresh aloe vera and blend it. Mix 2 tablespoons of aloe vera pulp with the conditioner you usually use. Rinse your hair with warm water, apply the aloe vera mixture. Massage the scalp for 5 minutes, then rinse with water. If you can’t find fresh aloe vera, you can replace it with aloe vera oil from supermarkets or pharmacies.

4. Banana and milk

Ingredients: 3 cups of wine (tea cups) and 1 fresh egg.

How to make: Mix the wine with the egg yolk, beat the mixture. Then make your hair wet and apply the mixture to your hair, leave it on for 3 – 5 minutes, gently massage it into your hair. Then rinse with clean water.

Benefits: Makes hair soft and not damaged by chemicals.

6. Beer and green tea

Ingredients: 1 cup of beer (without foam) and 1 cup of green tea. How to make: Mix these two mixtures together. Then shampoo your hair. The B1 Vitamins in the beer and tannins in the tea will make your hair darker and shinier. Finally, rinse with cold water.

7. Pomelo seeds

During the grapefruit season, remember to keep the grapefruit seeds to make a natural hair conditioner. Grind the pomelo seeds into small pieces. Soak them in warm water for about 20 – 25 minutes. Soaking in warm water helps the substances in the grapefruit seeds to be released into the water. Pay attention to the water level, just immerse the number of grapefruit seeds, don’t pour too much water.

Ingredients: 1 ripe banana and 60ml of unsweetened milk.

How to make: Mash the banana thoroughly, then mix it with unsweetened milk. Apply this mixture to wet hair and scalp. Then, wrap your hair with a moistened towel, leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse with shampoo. This method is particularly effective in protecting your hair from the harmful effects of sunlight.

Your hair will be damaged if it is constantly exposed to chemical treatments. Therefore, to restore your hair, you should use natural conditioners to make your hair shiny and healthy.
