New Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 addresses rumors of buying the title

On the evening of September 29th, at the Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 final, the crown was awarded to the beauty from Hanoi – Bui Quynh Hoa. “As you may know, around February-March this year there was information that Quynh Hoa was chosen to compete in Miss Universe. At that time, I also clarified that I hadn’t received any information from the organizers or anyone else regarding my participation in Miss Universe. I also stated that I had no intention of joining any pageant at that time.”
