Rice Water
Rice water is an effective cleanser that helps keep your skin acne-free. To prepare this natural toner, soak a handful of rice in water overnight, and strain the water in the morning. Use this as a refreshing toner for your bottom after showering. For convenience, you can freeze the rice water into cubes and rub them directly on your bottom.

Bottom Acne is as Common as Facial Acne
Pre-Bath Body Oil
Create a powerful blend by mixing equal parts coconut oil and neem oil, along with a few teaspoons of jojoba oil. Store this mixture in an airtight jar or bottle. Before showering, massage this blend onto your body, paying extra attention to acne-prone areas. Let it sit for a few minutes before washing off.
Peppermint Bath Salts
Combine equal parts Epsom salt and dried rose petals, adding 10-20 drops of tea tree essential oil. Store this mixture in an airtight jar. For a soothing bath, add a few spoons of this blend to your bathwater and soak for about 20 minutes.
Tea Tree Floral Water
Prepare a refreshing body spray by adding a few drops of tea tree essential oil to floral water. Store this mixture in a spray bottle. After showering, spritz a generous amount onto a cotton pad and gently wipe it across your bottom. Allow it to dry completely before getting dressed.
Turmeric Mask
Turmeric is a healing ingredient that treats skin infections and acne. Create a paste by mixing 2 tablespoons of turmeric powder, 3 tablespoons of whole wheat flour, 2 tablespoons of rice flour, and enough floral water. Apply this mask to your body and let it dry completely before rinsing it off.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar helps balance the skin’s pH and has detoxifying properties. Mix organic, unrefined apple cider vinegar with floral water and use it as a body spray or bathwater after showering. As with other treatments, ensure your skin is dry before putting on clothes.
