Facial Care
Step 1: Clean with facial cleanser
To start your facial care routine, use a facial cleanser to remove dirt and oil from your skin. Apply a sufficient amount of cleanser onto your palm, lather it up, and gently massage it onto your skin for 1-2 minutes. Rinse your face with clean water afterward.
Step 2: Exfoliate
Exfoliation is important for removing dead skin cells and promoting the regeneration of new skin cells. Apply an exfoliating product onto your face and gently massage it for 1-2 minutes. Rinse your face thoroughly with clean water, avoiding contact with your eyes.
Step 4: Use an acne cleanser
After steaming, you can use an acne cleanser once or twice a month to remove blackheads and whiteheads. Use the appropriate acne cleansing mode for your face and move the machine on your facial areas for no more than 3 seconds. Rinse your face again with warm water or physiological saline water.
Step 5: Facial Massage
Massage your face using your hands or a tool to improve blood circulation and prevent sagging and wrinkles. Massage your face from bottom to top and from the inside to the outside.
Step 6: Apply a facial mask
Apply a facial mask to nourish your skin cells, improve firmness, and smoothness. After cleaning your skin with a facial cleanser, apply the mask to your skin and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Massage your face again to allow the essence to penetrate deeper, and then rinse with clean water.
Step 7: Balance the skin
Balance your skin to prevent it from becoming too dry or too oily. Use a skin balancing water and gently dab it onto your face in an upward and outward direction.
Step 8: Moisturize the skin
After applying a facial mask and balancing your skin, moisturize it to improve brightness, smoothness, and firmness. Apply a moisturizer and allow the essence to penetrate into your skin.
Step 9: Sunscreen
Apply sunscreen to protect your face from the harmful effects of the sun. Use a sufficient amount of sunscreen and apply it evenly all over your face.
Whole Body Care
Step 1: Clean the skin with body wash
Use a suitable body wash to clean your skin and avoid skin irritation. Use warm water to take a bath and lather the body wash onto your body. Gently massage for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2: Exfoliate
Exfoliate your whole body to remove toxins and dead skin cells. Apply an exfoliating product onto your body and gently massage for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with clean water afterward.
Step 3: Use body lotion
After cleaning your skin, apply body lotion to moisturize and massage it onto your skin in a spiral shape. Apply lotion in the evening for better absorption and avoid sun exposure.
Step 4: Use a body mask
Make a body mask at home using ingredients like potatoes, carrots, fresh milk, or rice water. Apply the mask all over your body, gently massage for 15-20 minutes, and rinse with clean water.
Step 5: Use sunscreen
Apply sunscreen daily to protect your skin from the sun. Choose a sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher and apply it before going out.
Manicure, Pedicure
Step 1: Remove old nail polish
Use nail polish remover to remove old nail polish. Apply the remover onto a cotton ball or makeup remover pad and gently wipe off the old polish.
Step 2: Trim and file the nails
Use nail clippers to trim and shape your nails. Use a file to smooth the corners and excess nails for a perfect nail shape.
Step 3: Soak in warm water
Soak your hands and feet in warm water to clean off any dirt. After soaking, you can cut off excess skin around the nails to enhance the appearance of your nail polish.
Step 4: Paint the nails
Apply a base coat, followed by nail polish of your choice. Seal it with a top coat for a longer-lasting and attractive nail color.
