However, Thuy Tien also did not hesitate to reveal that there was a time when she weighed up to 58kg, although she tried many weight loss methods, they did not work. “At that time, I was very fat. Most of my weight loss methods at this time focused on the diet. I tried the Keto diet (a diet low in carbohydrates and high in good fats), intermittent fasting (restricting calorie-containing foods and beverages for 8 hours a day and fasting for the remaining 16 hours), low carb (a diet based on the principle of restricting starch consumption) and even tried IU’s rapid weight loss diet. I ate 3 apples and 6-7 small eggs in a day. Then I felt overwhelmed and couldn’t do anything,” she shared. Finally, Thuy Tien gave up on the diet and started exercising instead. As a result, she lost weight, got a slim and toned body until now.

Thuy Tien said that her most beautiful figure was when she participated in the International Peace Pageant. At that time, she followed a scientific and healthy diet, went to the gym twice a day to have a balanced and firm figure.

Currently, she combines a scientific diet and complete exercise to have a healthy and beautiful body inside and out. “My current figure is skinny but not as good as before. I still have fat on my lower belly. Now, I eat comfortably because I work with a hectic schedule. If my face is too thin, I will look bad, I like a round face, I will look better in photos,” she shared.

Thuy Tien said that she eats very little, it has been a habit for many years. “Normally, when I go to work, I only eat a loaf of bread in the morning. For lunch and dinner, I eat normal food but only half a bowl of rice. And I don’t eat vegetables,” she revealed.

In the process of losing weight, you need to choose the safest method. Remember that exercising more doesn’t necessarily burn fat and give you a firm abdomen; you need to adjust your diet and lifestyle habits to remove fat. There are some basic ways to control fat, helping you have the waist you want.

Control your diet by reducing sugar

When your body becomes overweight, most of it is due to eating too much sugar. Just by consuming a lot of sugar, the amount of sugar in the blood will immediately increase, the pancreas will release insulin, stimulating liver, muscle, or fat cells to absorb the sugar in the blood.

Excess sugar will promote the secretion of insulin, also known as the “obesity hormone,” causing fat to accumulate more and more.

Reduce sugary and starchy foods for breakfast
