VNeID is the place where all the data of citizens is stored and synchronized, and if you have integrated various types of documents into VNeID, you can use the application to present them when requested. This will help you avoid the hassle of carrying around the original documents and instead present them directly on your phone.

How to present documents on VNeID

Step 1: You access the CH Play or App Store application store to check and update the latest version of VNeID (if available).

Step 2: Then you open the VNeID application and log in to your digital identity account > On the home interface, you select the Document Wallet section on the toolbar.

Step 3: You select the Present Document section > Then the system will ask you to enter the Passcode to secure the information, you enter the Passcode that you have set up beforehand.

Step 4: After that, you select the type of document you want to present and the information of that document will be displayed right away. Note that you need to integrate the document and the system will process it before you can present it.
