How to set custom call waiting tones for Viettel subscribers

Viettel subscribers can set call waiting tones in two common ways: through the Imuzik website or by sending SMS messages.

Set call waiting tones through Imuzik website

Step 1: Quickly open the Imuzik website by clicking on the following link: https://www.imuzik.com.vn/.

Step 2: Use the Viettel phone number to register for an Imuzik account. The registration syntax is as follows: Type MK and send to 1221 (free). You will immediately receive a message notifying you of your login password.

Step 3: On the Imuzik website’s homepage, click on Log in in the top left corner of the computer screen. Enter your Phone Number (Viettel) and Password correctly, then click Log in.

Step 4: Subscribe to an appropriate ringtone download service package. The fee will be deducted directly from the main account for prepaid subscribers or the monthly bill for postpaid subscribers.

Step 5: Search for your favorite song on Imuzik and download it to set as the call waiting tone for your phone.

Step 1: Subscribe to ringtone download service packages according to the syntax and fees as in the following table:

Step 2: To find the song code from the song name, text TIM TEN Ten bai hat to 1221 or text MA Ten bai hat to 1221. You can also look up the song code on the Imuzik website.

Step 3: You can set the call waiting tone for your phone by song code or directly from the song name according to the following syntax:

Set call waiting tone by song code: Text BH Masobaihat to 1221.
Set call waiting tone by song name: Text BH Tên bài hát to 1221. If there are multiple songs with the same name, text BH Tên bài hát Tên ca sĩ to 1221.

VinaPhone subscribers can set call waiting tones in two common ways: through the Ringtunes website or by sending SMS messages.

Set call waiting tones on Ringtunes website

Step 1: Quickly open the Ringtunes website by clicking on the following link: http://ringtunes.vinaphone.com.vn/.

Step 2: Click on Log in, enter your Phone Number, click Get password and enter the password sent to your phone number in the Password field. Select Log in.

Step 3: Open your personal page and register for the service package, subscribe to the appropriate Ringtunes package.

Step 4: Search for your favorite song on the Ringtunes website and purchase it to set it as your call waiting tone for a fee of 3,000 – 5,000 VND/song.
