How to Invite Members to an Offline Zalo Group
Step 1: First, access the created Offline Zalo Group > Next, click on the 3 dashes and 3 dots icon in the upper right corner > Then scroll and select Group joining link.
Step 2: The system will now display a QR code with a join link below. You can copy the link and send it to members to join the group, or you can join by scanning the QR code.
You can also change the group link to a different one by clicking on the 3 horizontal dots icon in the upper right corner > Then select Change group link/Cancel group link and you’re done.
How to Set Permissions for Members in an Offline Zalo Group
Step 1: Similarly, access the created Offline Zalo Group > Next, click on the 3 dashes and 3 dots icon in the upper right corner > Then scroll and select Group settings.
Step 2: Scroll down to the Member’s permissions section, where you will see the following permissions:
- Permission to edit group information
- Permission to create notes, reminders
- Permission to create polls
- Permission to pin messages
- Permission to send messages
By default, everyone has permission to edit group information (name, avatar, background image…), you can change the permission to Only group leader/vice group leader. This completes the process of setting permissions for members in an offline Zalo group.
