Step 1 Prepare the dragon fruit

When you buy dragon fruit, peel it, cut it into pieces, and put it in a blender. Blend the dragon fruit until smooth. Then, add 300g of sugar and the juice of 1 lemon. Stir well and marinate the dragon fruit for about 2 hours.

Step 2 Cook the candy

Heat a pan over medium heat, add the dragon fruit, and cook with medium heat. Stir constantly to prevent the candy from sticking. When the candy has thickened slightly, divide the sticky rice flour into 2 parts. Add each part of the sticky rice flour and stir well.

After adding all the sticky rice flour, continue cooking for about 10 minutes, then turn off the heat. Transfer the candy to a tray and let it dry in the sun for 1 day.
