Step 1 Prepare the dragon fruit
When you buy dragon fruit, peel it, cut it into pieces, and put it in a blender. Blend the dragon fruit until smooth. Then, add 300g of sugar and the juice of 1 lemon. Stir well and marinate the dragon fruit for about 2 hours.
Step 2 Cook the candy

When the candy is completely dry and can be rolled into balls. Put on gloves and roll the dragon fruit candy into bite-sized balls. Wrap the candy in shiny paper.
