The letter A stands for the Idling Stop feature
Idling Stop is a technology equipped on most scooters nowadays with the function of temporarily shutting off the engine when the scooter is not in use.
Specifically, when the scooter is not in operation for more than 3 seconds, this technology will be activated to temporarily turn off the engine. The sign to indicate that the Idling Stop is activated is the letter A with an arrow in the shape of a circle surrounding it on the screen will light up until the scooter continues to operate.
This is a very useful technology for scooter users, especially for users who use scooters in crowded street conditions and have to constantly start and stop.

Notes when using Idling Stop on scooters
The Idling Stop technology is an advanced technology on scooters, however, please note the following when using Idling Stop
To turn on/off the Idling Stop function, you use the button on the right handlebar, Idling Stop is On and Idling is Off.
The Idling Stop will be activated by the scooter’s central processing unit (ECU) when the scooter is started and run for the first time, reaches a speed above 10km/h and the engine temperature is above 50 degrees Celsius.
If we kick down the side stand while the scooter is turned off by Idling Stop or slide the button to Idling, the function will be turned off, if you want to restart the engine, you will have to use the starter button.
If the coolant temperature is too hot (Fi light or temperature warning light illuminates), or the scooter has a malfunction in the electronic fuel injection, the Idling Stop cannot be used.
