Sweet Potato Cake
100g steamed and mashed sweet potato while still hot; Mix the sweet potatoes with 20ml of milk and 10g of flour, creating a smooth and elastic mixture; Shape the mixture and sprinkle some black sesame seeds on top of the cake, then pan-fry with a little oil until golden on the surface or grill with an oil-free frying pan.
Banana Waffle
1 banana, 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder; 30ml of fresh milk/formula milk, 40g of organic flour, 5g of organic baking powder, 10g of melted butter.
Mash the banana and mix it with milk, cinnamon powder, butter, and egg yolk. Then add the flour and baking powder, mix quickly. Pour into the waffle maker and bake for 4-5 minutes. If you don’t have a waffle maker, you can use a pan to make pancakes.
Oat Egg Custard
35g of broken/flat rolled oats; 100ml of fresh milk/formula milk; 1/2 teaspoon of rice syrup; 1 egg (~40g); 1 jar of baby yogurt (~50g); a little sugar for the surface.
Cook the oats with the milk and syrup until thick, then pour into a heat-resistant cup. Mix the egg and yogurt, then pour it on top of the oats, sprinkle a little sugar on the surface. Preheat the oil-free frying pan to 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes, then bake the custard at 180 degrees Celsius for 7-8 minutes.
Orange Muffin
40ml of orange juice (I used yellow orange); 60g of moninaga flour.
Quickly mix the flour with the orange juice, do not mix too thoroughly. Put the batter into the mold and steam it over high heat for 15-20 minutes, do not open the lid while steaming.
Sweet Potato Roll Sandwich
3 slices of sandwich bread, remove the edges, roll the bread thinly with a rolling pin/glass bottle; 1/3 steamed and mashed sweet potato, mixed with 1 teaspoon of ghee butter and 1 tablespoon of fresh milk/formula milk.
Place the sandwich bread on a plate, spread 1 teaspoon of butter, add 1/3 of the mashed sweet potato and some cream cheese in the middle, roll it tightly with your hands. Continue with the remaining 2 rolls. Beat an egg yolk until smooth, spread a thin layer on the sandwich rolls, then grill in an oil-free frying pan at 170 degrees Celsius for 3-5 minutes depending on the oven.
