In a separate bowl, mix the following ingredients to make a flavorful braising liquid: 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 2 teaspoons grated ginger, 2 tablespoons onion juice, 1 tablespoon pineapple juice, 1 tablespoon apple juice, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon rice wine, 2 teaspoons honey, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, and 5 cups beef broth. Stir well to combine.
Transfer the boiled beef ribs to a new pot and pour in the braising liquid. Add the prepared vegetables and simmer until the vegetables are tender and the beef is tender and infused with the flavors of the braising liquid.
