Method 1

Ingredients: Half a medium-sized cabbage, 1 chicken or duck egg, delicious fish sauce.

Instructions:

Cut the cabbage into large pieces about the size of 1/4 of your palm, wash them clean, and let them drain.

Boil water in a pot on the stove with medium heat and add the cabbage to cook. Pay attention to cook the cabbage until it is delicious. If it is a soft cabbage, boiling for about 3 minutes is enough, but if it is a hard cabbage, it will take longer. When the cabbage is cooked, take it out and let it drain, then arrange it on a plate.

Boil the egg for about 12 minutes until it is cooked, then soak the egg in cold water to cool it down and peel it. Cut the egg into small pieces and put it in a bowl with delicious pure fish sauce.

Ingredients: Cabbage, ginger

Instructions:

Wash the cabbage clean and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Fresh ginger: 1 branch, peeled and crushed

Pour water into a pot and bring it to a boil. When the water is about to boil, add some seasoning powder, and then add the cabbage when the water is already boiling.

Boil for about 3 minutes and then turn off the heat. Before taking it out, add the ginger, stir it, and then scoop the cabbage out onto a plate.

Dip the boiled cabbage in soy sauce or crushed boiled eggs with pure fish sauce, very delicious! The water from boiled cabbage can be seasoned to your taste, making it a nutritious and healthy soup.

You can hold the cabbage in your hand. If it feels moderate in weight, not too heavy or too light, and the size fits your hand, then it is a delicious cabbage.
