2. Steps to make banana and cassava dessert

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients

+ Dissolve 1 tablespoon of salt in water, then peel the bananas, soak them in diluted salt water for about 5 minutes, then remove and drain.

+ Peel the cassava and soak it in water diluted with 1/2 tablespoon of salt for 1 hour. Then remove, rinse with cold water, and cut into pieces.

+ Soak the rice flour and cassava flour in water for about 30 minutes. After soaking, boil them in boiling water until the cassava flour and rice flour start to solidify and float up, then remove and soak in cold water to avoid sticking together.

Step 2: Stir-fry the bananas with sugar

After soaking the bananas, add about 100 grams of sugar, 1 tablespoon of rice wine, mix well, and marinate the bananas for about 1 hour.
