Instructions:

– Rinse the Holland bean sprouts, remove the old stems.

– Pour a sufficient amount of cooking oil into the pot, heat up to about 70%, add the sliced garlic and ginger to stir-fry slowly over low heat until fragrant, then quickly add the prepared Holland bean sprouts to stir-fry.

– Add a pinch of salt and light soy sauce, continue to stir-fry evenly to let the seasonings penetrate the bean sprouts, simmer on low heat for a while, remove from the heat when the sprouts are tender and cooked.
