According to the General Statistics Office, Vietnam sees approximately 1.5 million births each year, with an average of 3,887 babies being born every day (source: Population). Despite the increasing trend of supporting local products, the Vietnamese baby milk market is dominated by over 20 foreign brands imported from Korea, Japan, the United States, China, etc. Along with that is the concern about the availability of products with unclear origins and expensive prices. Understanding this concern, Inochi, a brand under Tan Phu Vietnam, has introduced the Aoi ecosystem of baby bottles and accessories specifically for mothers and babies, with quality comparable to international brands.

The program is attended by over 500 nationwide chain stores for mothers and babies

Explaining the reason for the creation of the Aoi ecosystem, Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan, Chairman of Tan Phu Vietnam, said: “Currently, the majority of Vietnamese consumers, especially young mothers, have to spend a lot of money to buy imported baby bottles, which are very expensive. Understanding this reality, Tan Phu Vietnam has conducted research and developed the Aoi ecosystem with various products suitable for the needs of mothers and babies. With Aoi, customers will have more options to purchase premium baby bottles, nipples, etc. at reasonable prices, guaranteed in terms of quality by Vietnam’s leading industrial and household packaging company.”

A premium Mother and Baby product line with high quality

The event marks a breakthrough of Inochi and Tan Phu Vietnam in the journey to improve the quality of life for the Vietnamese people. This is the first time a Vietnamese company has designed, manufactured, and developed baby bottle products from PPSU materials – one of the highest-quality materials for baby bottles on the market, imported from BASF in Germany, a leading global plastics manufacturer. Representing BASF Group, Ms. Paninlada Mavichak, Manager of the Ultrason Business Unit, ASEAN & India region, shares: “BASF is proud to be one of the world’s largest providers of plastic solutions for all fields, including products that require the strictest safety and health standards such as baby bottles. BASF desires to cooperate with reputable manufacturers like Tan Phu Vietnam to provide Vietnamese consumers with the best products, ensuring quality and safety for mothers and babies.” With these standards, the baby bottles can withstand temperatures from -20 degrees Celsius to 200 degrees Celsius, resist odor, scratches, and do not contain endocrine disruptors for young children.

In addition, Aoi nipples are made from silicone materials from one of Japan’s largest silicone brands. This material meets ISO-9001 and 14001 standards, achieves FDA standards, with a soft, antibacterial, and heat-resistant nature up to 120 degrees Celsius.

The event gathered many familiar faces in Vietnamese showbiz such as Miss Ngoc Han, actress Vu Thu Hoai, etc.

Furthermore, the Aoi ecosystem also provides convenient accessories for mothers and babies such as drinking training kits, bottle cleaning kits, bottle drying racks, bottle cleaning fluid, and accessories, etc. All these products are researched, developed, and manufactured entirely by Tan Phu Vietnam, with safe and high-quality raw materials that meet international standards.

Inspired by the Shima Enaga bird

At the event, the company also introduced the mascot of the Aoi ecosystem, which is the Shima Enaga tit bird with a very special way of nurturing its young: both the male and female birds take care of and protect the young birds until they become stronger. Aoi aims to be a trusted companion for parents in the journey of nurturing and caring for their children, from birth to the first steps.
