Pork ribs: 300g

Carrot: 2 roots

Step 2: Wash the pork ribs, blanch them briefly and discard the water. Fill a pot with clean water and bring it to a boil, then add the ribs and simmer until tender, and the broth becomes clear. Continue to add the lotus root and simmer for about 10 minutes, then add the carrots and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Step 3: Finished product

After the soup is cooked, season it to taste and turn off the heat. Then, you can scoop the lotus root soup with pork ribs into bowls, garnish with scallions, cilantro, and a little pepper. The dish is now complete.
