1 Ingredients for Rose Hip Tea

1kg rose hips
- 300g of sugar
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 bag of black tea or
- 20ml of golden lemon syrup

Tip: When selecting rose hips, choose ones with a slightly bumpy, uneven skin. Avoid those that are bruised, overly scratched, or wilted. The ideal color is a light green with a hint of yellow.
2 How to Make Rose Hip Tea
Step 1 Prepare the Rose Hips
Wash the rose hips thoroughly and let them dry. Then, cut the hips in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Continue to slice the hips into thin pieces and place them in a glass jar.

Step 2 Soak the Rose Hips
In a glass jar, combine 300g of sugar, the juice of 1/2 lemon, and the prepared rose hips. Cover the jar and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Step 3 Brew the Tea
In a pot, combine 1 bag of black tea and 100ml of boiling water. Let it steep for about 5 minutes, then remove the tea bag and allow the tea to cool.

Step 4 Mix the Tea and Rose Hip Syrup
In a glass, add ice cubes, fill it almost to the top with the brewed tea, then add 20ml of golden lemon syrup (or sugar syrup), and finally, 100g of the soaked rose hips. Your refreshing drink is now ready to be enjoyed!
