Benefits of drinking Dinh Lang root water

Dinh Lang is also known as male ginseng, fish salad plant. With plants grown for 3 years or more, the roots can be harvested in winter. At this time, the roots are soft and contain many beneficial compounds for health.

Dinh Lang roots have a sweet, slightly bitter taste, cool properties, and have the effect of replenishing vital energy, promoting blood circulation, clearing blood vessels, and treating back pain.

12 grams of Dinh Lang roots, 10 grams of Chan Tranh seeds, 16 grams of Thao y, Chi tu, Hoai son, Tran, Dau, Xa tien tu, Ngu gia bi, each 12 grams; Turmeric, Uat Kim, Ngu Tat, each 8 grams. Put all the ingredients in a pot, add water, extract the liquid and consume it daily for 1 month.

Treating anemia

100 grams of Dinh Lang roots, 100 grams of Ha Thu O, 100 grams of Shu Di, 100 grams of Hoang Tinh, 20 grams of Tam that. Grind all into powder. Take 100 grams of the powdered mixture daily and extract the liquid for consumption.

Treating fever, headache, excessive thirst

30 grams of fresh Dinh Lang roots, 10 grams of lime leaves or lime peel, 10 grams of orange peel, 20 grams of Sài Hồ roots, 20 grams of bamboo leaves, 30 grams of licorice vine, 30 grams of purslane, 20 grams of me dat. Clean all the ingredients, finely chop them, put them in a pot and pour water until submerged, extract 250ml of liquid for consumption, divide into 3 servings throughout the day.
