Stress, frequent travel, or aging can contribute to back pain. Health experts in India have identified several ways to alleviate back pain.

Mix coconut oil with brain and boil for 5 minutes. After the oil cools, pour it into a bottle. Use this oil bottle to roll back and forth on your back twice a week before bedtime.
Drop a few drops of eucalyptus essential oil into warm water. Bathing with this water helps reduce back pain as well as moisturizes the whole body; and also helps you reduce stress.
While watching TV or lying down to relax, place a towel across the back, and place a hot water bag on it. Heat treatment will significantly reduce back pain.
Massage your back with Muta oil an hour before bathing with warm water.
Or simpler, you add a little turmeric powder, honey to a warm glass of milk. Drinking regularly not only reduces back pain but also prevents cough and colds.
Drinking ginger tea regularly every day also helps reduce back pain.
You can take a sock, put in some rice. Heat in the microwave for about 3 – 5 minutes, then just put it anywhere on your body that feels tired and sore.
