1 Prerequisites for Registration

Age: Gojek only accepts partners between the ages of 18 and 70. For partners over 60 years of age, a health examination certificate is required during registration.
Vehicle Type: Partners must have a motorcycle with an engine capacity of 90cc or above. Gojek does not accept vehicles without a sidecar, structurally modified vehicles, or very old vehicles.
Phone: Only phones with the Android 4.4 operating system or higher are supported.
2 What Documents Are Required for Registration?
Prepare all necessary documents for registration as a Gojek partner
ID Card/Passport/Residence Card (CCCD):
- ID Card must be valid for 15 years from the date of issue.
- Passport must be valid for the period specified in the document.
- Residence Card (CCCD) must be valid according to the specified period.
Driver’s License A1/A2
Vehicle Registration:
- It does not have to be under the owner’s name.
- For vehicles purchased on installment, the registration must have the stamp of the bank/financial company or be accompanied by an installment purchase dossier with the stamp of the capital support unit.
Compulsory Civil Motorcycle Insurance:
- Valid insurance with a validity period that has not expired.
- Information on the insurance policy must match the Vehicle Registration information.
Student ID/Curriculum Vitae/Certificate of Good Conduct/Criminal Record/Certificate of No Criminal Record:
- Curriculum Vitae issued within the last 6 months (supported for running within 1 month).
- Student ID with validity (supported for running within 1 month).
- Certificate of Good Conduct issued within the last 6 months (supported for running within 3 months).
- Criminal Record form No. 1 or No. 2 or Certificate of No Criminal Record issued within the last 6 months (supported for running indefinitely).
3 Partner Registration Process
Step 1: Download the Go Partner app from the CH Play store and select “Register.”

If you have previously registered with Gojek, you can log in directly without creating a new account.
Step 2: Enter your phone number > Enter the OTP code sent to your phone > Select Confirm.

To work with Gojek, partners must provide their phone number.
Example: If your phone number is 0901 979797, enter 901979797. After entering, select “CONTINUE.”
Note: Only enter the last 9 digits of the phone number, without spaces or punctuation.
When you receive the OTP code via SMS, please enter it into the app and select “CONFIRM.”
Step 3: Select the Two-Wheeler Driver option > Press Start

Step 4: Fill in your personal information > Select CONTINUE > Take and upload photos of your documents > Press SUBMIT REGISTRATION and wait for a response from Gojek

Once you’re on the “Complete Profile” screen, please take clear photos and fill in your information accurately and completely.
The required images include a profile photo, ID card/passport, driver’s license, police verification, vehicle registration, compulsory civil liability insurance, and a photo of your vehicle.
Note: Uploaded images must be clear and not blurry, distorted, or overexposed. Providing images that meet the requirements will save time for both you and Gojek, as there will be no need for further editing or corrections.
Step 5: Bring the original documents to the Gojek Partner Support Center
