Components of the Board Game

The Conan: Finale board game includes the following components:

  • 31 character cards, divided into two factions

Detective Team

  • Edogawa Conan: The first and only character who knows the identities of all Black Organization members, except for Gin.
  • Kudo Shinichi: Kudo Shinichi and Mori Ran know each other’s identities and work together to uncover members of the Black Organization.
  • Mori Ran: During the night, Ran can choose one person to protect, regardless of their faction. However, Ran cannot protect the same person for two consecutive nights.
  • Kaito Kid, the Super Thief: Kaito Kid can disguise himself as a captured player from the previous night. This ability only applies to captured players from the Detective Team.
  • Akai Shuichi: Possessing the “Silver Bullet,” Akai Shuichi can eliminate any player he suspects of being a member of the Black Organization.
  • Matsuda Jinpei: A character with a unique ability, Matsuda Jinpei carries a bomb that detonates if he is captured or killed, taking out the two adjacent players as well.

  • For a group of 6: Choose either Conan or Shinichi, 1 Gin card, 1 Criminal card, and 3 additional cards from the Detective Team.

  • After Conan/Shinichi finishes identifying, the game master signals the Black Organization members to lower their hands, and Conan/Shinichi closes their eyes again.
  • Next, Conan/Shinichi raises their hand to allow the Detective Team members to identify each other, after which they close their eyes.
  • Couples, as per the instructions (for example, Sato and Takagi), wake up to recognize each other and then close their eyes.
