Yogurt

Nevertheless, breakfast should be light, and nutrition experts recommend eating yogurt at this time. Yogurt contains lactobacillus, which helps reduce intestinal inflammation caused by sweet foods and alcohol.
Green tea
If you need an energy boost in the morning, have a cup of green tea. Green tea is rich in antioxidants and can help prevent cell damage caused by alcohol. Additionally, some studies have shown that green tea helps stabilize blood sugar levels.
Water
