- 1 pack of silky tofu
- 1 bunch of chives
- 100g minced pork
- Seasonings: fish sauce, salt, sugar, pepper
Instructions
Start by washing and draining the chives, then cut them into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop some spring onions and set them aside. Cut the tofu into similarly sized pieces.
Finely chop some shallots and fry them in oil. Combine the fried shallots with the minced pork, adding 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder and ½ teaspoon of ground pepper to taste.
Prepare your ingredients to create a flavorful base.
Boil 400ml of water and add the seasoned meat. Let it cook for approximately 10 minutes until the meat is tender. Once the meat is cooked, add the tofu and wait for the soup to reach a rolling boil again. Finally, add the chives and adjust the seasoning with salt and seasoning powder to suit your taste.
Cook the soup, bringing all the flavors together.
