Open your mouth wide into an “O” shape, keeping your teeth hidden. Close your mouth and smile, lifting the cheek muscles. Repeat this movement 5 times.

Place your index fingers on either side of your smile lines and try to lift and hold the skin taut. Repeat the “O” and smile movements. Do this 5 times and then relax.

Cheek Lift

Place your hands on your cheeks, using 4 fingers (excluding the thumb) on each side. Position them from under your eyes to the sides of your nose and above your mouth. Gently pull your fingers outwards and upwards to lift the muscles. Stop just before you reach the outer corners of your eyes.

Facial Relaxation

Form your hands into a “V” shape. Use your middle finger to press between your eyebrows and your index finger to press your temples. Relax your forehead muscles.

Look up and gently squint your eyes. You might feel your eyelids twitch, which is a sign you’re doing it right. Hold for 5 seconds and release.


Firming the Neck

Tilt your head back and smile widely, stretching your mouth muscles. Open and close your mouth to exercise your jaw. Do this 10 times and return your jaw to a neutral position.

Lift your chin and slowly turn your head to one side. Open and close your mouth 5 times. Repeat on the other side and return to the starting position. Touch your tongue to the roof of your mouth and swallow.
