The position of chief attendant in business class can earn up to 400,000 to 580,000 VND per hour. As a result, the average monthly income for Vietnam Airlines flight attendants ranges from 22 to 45 million VND.

At Bamboo Airways, flight attendant salaries are calculated monthly and depend on rank. The lowest rank, “Trainee,” receives a fixed salary of 5,700,000 VND per month, plus allowances. With overtime, their monthly income ranges from 7 to 9.5 million VND. Once they become official staff, their fixed salary rises to 16.7 million VND, and with additional support and overtime, their monthly income can reach 26 to 30 million VND. The positions of deputy and chief attendants offer even higher salaries, ranging from 33 to 50 million VND per month.
