  • 2 eggs
  • 50g white sugar
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 1g salt
  • 100g all-purpose flour
  • 2g baking powder
  • 80g melted butter

2How to Make Coffee Bean Bread

Step 1 Mix the Dough

First, dissolve 4.5g of instant coffee in 16g of hot water. Use a spoon to stir until the coffee is completely dissolved.

Next, prepare a small pot and fill it with hot water at approximately 80 degrees Celsius. Place a porcelain or glass bowl on top. Add 2 eggs, 50g white sugar, 50g brown sugar, and 1g salt to the bowl. Use an electric mixer at medium speed until the eggs are slightly fluffy and turn a light yellow color.

Then, sift in 100g of all-purpose flour and 2g of baking powder and mix well. Add the dissolved coffee and 80g of melted butter, continuing to mix until everything is well combined.

Transfer the dough to a piping bag and pipe it into coffee bean-shaped molds. Fill only half of the mold to allow room for the dough to rise.

Preheat your oven to 150 degrees Celsius and place the molds inside. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
