When contacted, Trang Bea expressed her surprise and delight at the viral attention her casual check-in photos with friends received. “I guess it’s because they’re funny. I was aware that people were looking at me, but I didn’t realize my friend had captured those moments so clearly. I found it amusing and decided to share them on my personal page without blurring the background, and I’m surprised at how widely they’ve been shared,” she said.
Trang Bea often opts for tube tops, cropped styles, and jeans, showcasing her sense of style and confidence.
The photos were taken on Ngo Quyen Street in Hanoi’s Hoan Kiem district during a coffee outing with friends. Trang Bea, who stands at an impressive height of 169 cm and weighs 55 kg, shared her secrets to maintaining her figure. “I don’t have extensive knowledge about fashion, but I believe that understanding your body and being confident are key. I feel confident about my waist and height, so I choose outfits that accentuate those features. I encourage everyone to wear what they like and feel comfortable in,” she said.
To maintain her figure, Trang Bea engages in jumping and cycling exercises and follows a scientific diet. “Due to my body type, I don’t struggle with weight gain or loss. My focus is on toning and sculpting my body. I watch what I eat, especially in the evenings, when I avoid refined carbohydrates and fatty foods. I also take vitamin C daily,” she shared.
When it comes to skincare, Trang Bea opts for gentle and natural products as she has sensitive skin.
