How to Make Iced Bac Xiu

Step 4: Pour the milk mixture into a cup, then top it with the foamy coffee. Enjoy your Hot Bac Xiu while it’s hot.
3. 3-Layer Iced Bac Xiu
Ingredients
– Coffee: 30g
– Fresh milk: 60ml
– Fresh cream: 6ml
– Condensed milk: 15ml
– Crushed ice.
How to Make 3-Layer Iced Bac Xiu
Step 1: Brew coffee using the phin, following the same instructions as above.
Step 2: Pour the coffee and a few small ice cubes into a shaker to create a foamy coffee.
