Lệ Quyên, a renowned Vietnamese singer, flaunts her flawless, glowing skin in her forties.

Quyên attributes her youthful complexion to her daily skincare routine, which includes a morning and evening face mask regimen. Face masks, especially those infused with calming and restorative ingredients, are known to provide immediate hydration and a plumping effect, as noted by StyleCraze.

However, it is important to note that individuals with oily, acne-prone skin should refrain from overdoing this practice. Oily skin is prone to clogged pores, and an overload of skincare products in a short period can overwhelm the skin, leading to sensitivity. Dermatologists recommend limiting the use of sheet masks to 2-3 times a week for optimal results.

In addition to regular sheet masks, Quyên also favors collagen masks and those infused with 24K gold, as well as detox masks, to maintain her radiant complexion.
