Steaming
Opening up the pores is crucial to effectively remove blackheads and excess sebum. Steaming is an optimal method to dilate those pores.
Pour hot water into a bowl, add crushed lemongrass and a few drops of lemon juice for enhanced antibacterial effects. Cover your head with a towel, maintaining a distance of about 30cm from the bowl. Steam your face for around 20 minutes.

Egg White
Egg whites are rich in skin-beneficial nutrients and effectively dry out pimples. The sticky nature of egg whites helps pull out blackheads when washed off, making it easier to eliminate them.
Separate the egg white into a bowl. Optionally, add a few drops of lemon juice. Mix the solution and apply it to your nose. Once the first layer dries, apply a second layer, and repeat for a third time. Let the mask dry completely, then rinse it off with warm water.
Baking Soda
Baking soda helps dry out blackheads. When massaged gently, the blackheads will gradually be drawn out.
Mix two small spoons of baking soda with mineral water to form a thick paste. Apply it to your nose and gently massage it in. Let it dry for about 15 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water.
Oatmeal
Oatmeal not only brightens the skin but also helps prevent pimples. Combine it with a few drops of honey and plain yogurt for optimal results.
Mix oatmeal, two spoons of plain yogurt, and one spoon of honey. Gently massage the mixture onto your nose, letting it dry for 10-20 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water.

If left untreated, blackheads can lead to skin discoloration and enlarged pores.
Clay Mask
Opt for a clay mask containing Bentonite clay, derived from volcanic ash in Central America. It’s rich in minerals and has excellent absorbent properties. Apply it directly to your nose or mix it with a little apple cider vinegar to prevent the clay from becoming too thick and drying too quickly. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes, allowing it to dry, then rinse it off with warm water.
Blackheads form due to clogged pores, often a result of dead skin cells, bacteria, and dirt that hasn’t been thoroughly cleansed. When pimples emerge and are exposed to oxygen in the air, they gradually turn into the characteristic black color. Blackheads are a mild form of acne that commonly appears on the face. Dermatologists caution against squeezing blackheads, as it can worsen the condition and spread inflammation to other areas, given the high bacterial content on our hands, coupled with the delicate nature of facial skin. In addition to the simple remedies mentioned above, it’s crucial to maintain a diligent skincare routine, focusing on thoroughly cleansing and caring for your skin.
