Defender Thanh Chung and his wife, To Uyen, decided to move to a new living space to provide a more nature-filled environment for their firstborn son, Leo. This 3-story villa with a garden, koi pond, swimming pool, and modern interiors is the result of the couple’s passionate planning and construction process.
When Thanh Chung shared the design, his teammates were in awe. Duy Manh commented, “So beautiful and rich, my brother”. Doan Van Hau exclaimed: “This castle is amazing”. Bui Tien Dung was overwhelmed by its spaciousness and joked: “Can I play hide-and-seek here sometime?” Duc Chinh admired: “You guys are so wealthy”.

Thanh Chung and his wife previously resided in a luxurious 131 sqm apartment in Hanoi, which they later sold for over 11 billion VND. The central defender also constructed a 2-story house in his hometown of Tuyen Quang in 2021.
The 3-story house boasts a neo-classical style with a sophisticated white facade and intricately patterned wrought iron gates. A well-lit exterior ensures the home stands out even at night.
A koi pond with lotuses, water plants, and bonsai trees welcomes visitors at the entrance. This green space, complemented by flowing water, brings balance and positive energy to the villa.
The front yard features a rock garden with low-lying trees. The thoughtful layout creates the ambiance of a serene Zen garden amidst the bustling city.
A stone-paved path meanders gently through the garden, past rose bushes and banana trees. Subtle ground lights illuminate the way after dark.
The swimming pool is tiled in emerald green mosaic, featuring two relaxing wicker chairs beneath a climbing floral arbor. A subtle wall fountain adds a soothing touch to hot summer days.
The foyer is elegantly designed with a large wedding photo taking center stage, conveying a sense of warmth and family values.
The spacious living room boasts high ceilings, artistic hanging lights, and premium fabric sofas. Abundant natural light streams through the large ceiling-height curtains.
A faux fireplace with a mounted TV above adds a modern touch. Built-in wall cabinets on both sides enhance functionality without disrupting the minimalist design.
The 8-seat dining table, positioned beneath a crystal chandelier and next to a ceiling-high window, exudes elegance. A natural stone wall backdrop enhances the room’s ambiance.
The U-shaped kitchen offers ample space with cloud-patterned stone countertops and overhead cabinets reaching the ceiling. A long horizontal window provides ventilation and a connection to the outdoors.
The prayer room is a solemn space featuring intricately carved wooden furniture, classical styling, and a combination of wall art and lanterns that lend cultural depth.
The walk-in closet is designed with wall-mounted storage in a unified white tone. A niche with lighting displays accessories like hats and handbags, creating a stylish focal point.
A separate workspace features a long desk against the wall, LED-lit built-in shelves, and an ergonomic swivel chair. A small arched doorway adds a soft touch to the room.
The master bedroom exudes tranquility with a predominantly white color scheme and a simple yet elegant design, providing a comfortable retreat for the couple.
Leo’s bedroom is adorned in soothing blue hues with adorable drawings and toys, fostering a cheerful and creatively stimulating environment for the child.
The window nook is transformed into a cozy cushioned seating area, complemented by built-in cabinets and wall art, resulting in a space that is both neat and endearing.
The bathroom features an open design with a ceiling-height glass wall, neutral color palette, and natural light, creating a relaxing and serene atmosphere.
