Ingredients:
– Chili Leaves: 300g
– Korean Soy Sauce: 1 tablespoon
– Sesame Oil: 1 tablespoon
– Sesame Seeds: a pinch
Instructions:
Step 1: Preparation
Wash the chili leaves thoroughly.
Bring water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, and blanch the chili leaves for 30-40 seconds. Rinse them with cold water and set aside.

Gently squeeze the blanched chili leaves to remove excess water.

Step 2: Marinating
In a bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of Korean soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil with the chili leaves. Mix well to coat evenly.

Step 3: Stir-Frying
Heat a pan with cooking oil, then add the marinated chili leaves. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are tender and evenly cooked.

Once done, sprinkle a pinch of sesame seeds over the stir-fried chili leaves. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.

Stir-fried chili leaves are now ready to serve.

Note: Since the chili leaves are marinated with sesame oil, it’s essential to use sesame oil or sesame seed oil for stir-frying.
