When Chinese immigrants arrived in the early 19th century, they brought two varieties of longan, Subic and Tuhut, to grow in Bac Lieu. Western House Architectural Complex

Nha Mat Tourist Area
Nha Mat Tourist Area is a large-scale ecological, resort, and entertainment area in the Mekong Delta. Occupying more than 20 hectares of coastline, it features an artificial beach along with various major festivals and events such as the Quan Am Phat Dai pilgrimage and the Miss Vietnam contests.

When traveling to Bac Lieu, you can choose between two means of transportation: motorbike or bus. For those in the Central and Northern regions, you can fly to Tan Son Nhat airport and then take a bus to Bac Lieu.
Bus tickets from Saigon to Bac Lieu range from 160,000 to 170,000 VND per ticket for regular buses. Luxury buses cost between 230,000 and 280,000 VND per ticket.
