In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Korean chili powder, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon sugar, ½ tablespoon chili paste, a sprinkle of roasted sesame seeds, and a sprinkle of crushed garlic. Mix well to create a thick sauce.
