Add flour to the marinated ribs and mix well. Fry the ribs in deep oil until they turn golden brown, then remove and drain the oil.

Heat another pan, add shallots, ginger, and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add 1 tablespoon of black pepper sauce and half a cup of water. Season with 1 tablespoon of sugar and pepper, and adjust the taste to your liking.

Add the fried beef ribs and simmer for about 5 minutes to let the ribs absorb the flavors. Stir in a small cup of cornstarch to thicken the sauce. When the sauce thickens and coats the ribs evenly, turn off the heat.
