The awards ceremony is usually held in November or December in Taipei. The Golden Horse Awards is considered one of the prominent and prestigious film awards in Chinese-speaking cinema.
This year, the film “Snow In Midsummer” with its historical drama genre by Malaysian filmmaker Chong Keat-aun leads the nominations with 9 nominations. It is followed by “Eye of The Storm” and “Marry My Dead Body” with 8 nominations each.

8Wonder Winter Festival is an annual music event held at Phu Quoc United Center in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. The second edition of the festival will take place on December 16, 2023, with the participation of Maroon 5 band and famous Vietnamese artists such as Sơn Tùng M-TP, Hoàng Thuỳ Linh, Tóc Tiên, Binz, Vũ, Karik, AMEE, JustaTee.
In addition to music, the festival also features other entertainment activities such as colorful carnival, interactive activities with technology, and attractive food stalls. 8Wonder Winter Festival promises to be a memorable music event, bringing great experiences to the audience. Tickets for the festival have been on sale since November 3, 2023. Audience can purchase tickets online at VinWonders.com or at authorized ticket agents nationwide.

4 K-Pop Exhibition “D’festa”

“D’festa” K-Pop Exhibition is a cultural event organized by Dispatch, a news agency, featuring 9 top K-Pop groups: BTS, NCT 127, NCT DREAM, STRAY KIDS, TXT, ENHYPEN, TWICE, SEVENTEEN, and NU’EST. The exhibition has been held in various countries, including South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and Vietnam. In Vietnam, the exhibition took place at Times City Mega Mall in Hanoi from October 14 to November 30, 2023. The exhibition attracted more than 100,000 visitors and became one of the largest K-Pop cultural events in Vietnam to date.

Location: Galerie Quynh, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
“White Blank” Exhibition is the first solo exhibition of artist Tran Nu Yen Khe, held at Galerie Quynh in Ho Chi Minh City. The exhibition showcases 30 artworks by Yen Khe, including sculptures, paintings, and drawings.
The artworks in the exhibition are created using various materials, including gypsum, cast bronze, paper pulp, handmade mulberry paper, and linen fabric. Yen Khe uses soft and fluid lines to shape her works. The dominant color of the exhibition is white, symbolizing purity, emptiness, and infinity.
“White Blank” Exhibition has received high praise from critics and audiences. Yen Khe’s artworks are considered modern, showcasing the creativity and talent of the artist.

“Earthizen” Exhibition is an art event organized by 11:11 d’Artiste and 59 Rivoli at 11:11 Espace in Ho Chi Minh City. The exhibition showcases artworks by 5 French artists: Arthus Capmas, Sandra Chérès, Christoph Haase, Negin Rouhbakhsh, and Luigi La Ferla.
The artworks in the exhibition are created using various materials, including oil paint, acrylic, sculpture, and photography. The artists use different artistic techniques and languages to express their love and appreciation for nature.

7 “Storytelling Me. I Share the Story” Exhibition

“Storytelling Me. I Share the Story” Exhibition is a group exhibition organized by the Vietnam College of Art Culture at VCCA in Ho Chi Minh City. The exhibition showcases artworks by 10 artists: Nguyen Dinh Quy, Nguyen Thi Thuy Trang, Tran Thi Kim Hoa, Le Hong Duc, Nguyen Thi Minh Hoa, Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, Nguyen Thi Kim Lien, Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh, and Vo Thi Minh Nguyet.
The artworks in the exhibition are created using various materials, including painting, sculpture, installation, and photography. The “Storytelling Me. I Share the Story” exhibition is a space where ten artists present diverse realities, as well as create separate topics by applying personal, community, national, or global subjects using private memories or topics that can be inclusive throughout the world.

Melon Music Awards (MMA) 2023 is a music award ceremony organized by Melon, the largest online music platform in South Korea. The awards ceremony is broadcast live on Melon, Wavve, and Abema.
The theme of MMA 2023 is “K-Pop Changes the World.” In November, the event organizers announced a list of 30 potential candidates for the Melon Top 10 award, including prominent names such as BTS, SUGA, Jungkook, FIFTY FIFTY, LE SSERAFIM, and more. The results are determined based on 80% of song downloads and listens by artists and 20% of votes from the audience.
