About the hot and cold water mechanism
To create hot water, the product is equipped with a heating element and a thermostat to control the temperature. The temperature level may vary depending on the model of the product.
To create cold water, the machine needs a cooling block similar to a refrigerator. However, this block is much smaller in size. To control the water temperature, the device is also designed with a thermal relay. Additionally, the machine has a second thermal relay to automatically cut off the power when the water temperature becomes too low, preventing the water from freezing and causing the tank to rupture.

It is performed similarly to a water purifier. The filter cartridges, along with the RO membrane, help remove maximum impurities, bacteria, viruses, and harmful substances in the water to provide pure drinking water.
