1530 is the hotline for supporting Viettel’s uninterrupted calling service – Call Plus. When your Viettel phone runs out of credit but you still want to call your friends, relatives, or partners, you can contact the hotline 1530 for assistance and continue making calls without needing to borrow money or recharge the card.

The hotline 1530 supports subscribers to make calls for a maximum of 5 minutes or 10 minutes in a card recharge cycle when the amount of money in the account is below 5,000 VND. The call duration and the fee for each successful connected call will be notified to you via SMS by the hotline.

What are the conditions to contact the hotline 1530?

In order to contact 1530 and use the Call Plus service, your Viettel subscription needs to meet the following conditions:

Prepaid or postpaid subscription paying the bill via Hybrid in both directions.
The amount of money in the main account is below 5,000 VND.
No overdue payment for the Viettel Call Plus service for more than 60 days.
The usage minutes supported according to regulations have not been used up.

How to contact the hotline 1530

If you have met all the above conditions and want to contact another subscriber through the hotline 1530, just follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the Phone application, dial 1530 + the phone number you want to call and press OK/Call.
Step 2: The hotline will automatically connect the call as usual.
Step 3: If the call is connected successfully, after ending the call, 1530 will send an SMS notification containing the call duration and fee. If the call fails to connect and you don’t answer the phone, you will not be charged.

The tariff for making calls via 1530

In addition to understanding what 1530 is, you also need to know how the tariff for calls made through this hotline is calculated in order to consider and choose the best contact option when your phone runs out of credit.

Currently, Viettel applies the following charges for the uninterrupted call service 1530:

Tariff for calling 1530 = Call fee + Service fee

Where,

On-network call fee: 690 VND/minute.
Off-network call fee: 1,190 VND/minute.
Service fee: 500 VND per successful connected call.

This call fee will be deducted from your next card recharge instead of being deducted directly at the time of the call. If you have overdue payment for more than 60 days and have not recharged, the system will scan and deduct the fee from your main account.

Notes when using Call Plus service via hotline 1530

Previously, the maximum support call time via hotline 1530 was 5 minutes, but since January 10, 2019, Viettel has increased the duration to 10 minutes. However, this extended call time only applies to Viettel subscribers who have a total service usage time of more than 5 minutes in a month and have fully paid off their dues. Moreover, if the call time is extended to 10 minutes but the minimum required service usage time of 5 minutes per month is not met, your subscription will be reduced to a duration of 5 minutes.
