Another day, it could be hard cheese on a seed cracker or leftover chicken thigh from the night before,” she describes.

Lunch mirrors breakfast in variety, always rich in protein. Dinner typically features soup, salad, or zucchini noodles. “I consume ample cheese, beans, nuts, and chicken, favoring organic options,” Pamela notes, highlighting her dietary preferences.
