Using Aloe Vera
Due to its high moisturizing properties and the presence of mucopolysaccharides, aloe vera helps to bind moisture to the skin, stimulate fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin fibers, reduce wrinkles, and soften the skin. Apply fresh aloe vera leaves to your hands, leave on for about 15 – 20 minutes, then rinse off. Repeat daily for best results.
Using Lemon Juice
The antioxidant and anti-aging properties of lemon help reduce cell damage, increase collagen production, reduce wrinkles, and prevent signs of aging caused by free radicals.
To reduce wrinkles on your hands, mix a small amount of lemon juice with yogurt and apply to your hands. Leave on for 15 – 20 minutes, then rinse off.
Using Tomato Juice
Tomatoes are known to be rich in vitamin C, which stimulates collagen production, reduces wrinkles, and prevents signs of aging caused by free radicals.
You can add tomato juice to your daily diet or slice thin pieces of tomato to apply to your hands.
Using Carrots
Carrots contain a high amount of vitamin A, which helps in collagen production and effectively prevents and treats wrinkles.
You can apply the benefits of carrots to your hands by preparing a steamed carrot, mashing it into a paste, applying it to your hands, leaving it on for 30 minutes, and then rinsing it off with warm water.
Using Rice Powder
Rice contains momilactones A and B (MA and MB) and tricin, which are effective antioxidants.
Simply mix rice powder with rose water and milk, apply to your hands, wait for it to dry, then rinse off with warm water. Repeat daily for best results.
Using Watermelon
Watermelon contains a compound called lycopene, which is a powerful antioxidant that protects the skin from aging and reduces wrinkles. You can make use of parts of the watermelon that are not wasted.
For example, extract the juice from the watermelon and drink it, leaving a small amount behind. Grind the watermelon rind, mix it with a little watermelon juice, apply the mixture to your hands for 15 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.
