Forehead Wrinkle Reducer Exercise
– Open your eyes wide and place your palms on your forehead, with your fingers pointing towards each other. Then, lift your eyebrows and eyelids upwards.
– Hold this position for 5 seconds.
– Repeat this exercise about 10 times, and be consistent with it daily.
Eye Area Wrinkle Reducer Exercise
Doing this consistently every night before bed will help you sleep better and prevent crow’s feet and wrinkles.
– Warm up your ring fingers and place them at the corners of your eyes.
– Gently glide and pull the skin from the corners of your eyes towards your temples.
– Hold for about 2 seconds and repeat this motion 5-10 times each night.
Laugh Line Wrinkle Reducer Exercise
– Using your middle and ring fingers, gently glide from the sides of your nose upwards towards your ears.
– Do this simultaneously on both sides of your face and repeat several times.
– You can also puff out your cheeks by taking in air and holding it for 5 seconds before slowly exhaling. Do this multiple times a day whenever you have a chance to reduce laugh lines.
“Side-Eye” Exercise
This exercise will help prevent wrinkles from forming around your eyes.
Move your eyes from right to left, then left to right, and finally up and down.
Only your eyes should move while your jaw remains still.
Repeat this exercise 5 times in each direction.
Chin and Jawline Exercise
This exercise not only helps reduce wrinkles around the mouth but also defines your jawline and contours your face.
– Clench your fists and rub your cheeks just below the jawline.
– Doing this daily will help reduce wrinkles and sagging skin, giving your face a more defined and slim appearance.
– You can do this 15-20 times per session.
The “O” Exercise
Form your mouth into an “O” shape and even vocalize the letter. Repeat this exercise 10 times.
Additionally, protect your skin by applying sunscreen daily. When outdoors, reapply sunscreen every 2 hours for optimal protection. Also, consider wearing protective clothing to shield your body from the sun’s harmful rays.
