The Power of Vitamin E
Vitamin E Capsules/Oil: Vitamin E oil is a powerful tool in the fight against wrinkles and early signs of aging. It works to prevent and reverse fine lines, while also keeping your pores clear, clean, and free from blockages. This antioxidant-rich ingredient brightens dark spots, hydrates the skin, and promotes a youthful, radiant complexion.
Aloe Vera Gel: A natural moisturizer, aloe vera gel provides deep hydration to the skin, making it supple and soft. It also acts as an emulsifier in this formula, bringing all the ingredients together. With anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, it soothes mild irritation and redness while fighting acne. Aloe vera gel leaves your skin smooth, firm, and refreshed.
Geranium Oil: Geranium oil is an age-defying ingredient that provides the skin with healthy fats for deep nourishment and moisture. It repairs and protects the skin, evens out skin tone, and helps combat acne and breakouts. By fighting free radicals and improving skin elasticity, geranium oil prevents early signs of aging, such as wrinkles, and accelerates the healing process. Suitable for mature and all skin types.
Rose Water: Rose water maintains the skin’s pH balance while deeply hydrating and nourishing it. It helps treat acne, even out skin tone, and moisturize. With its soothing and anti-inflammatory properties, rose water is a great remedy for sunburn, mild dermatitis, and redness. It adds a beautiful glow to the skin, making it incredibly soft and smooth. Rose water is a fantastic alternative to plain water in this formula due to its skin-beneficial properties.
What You’ll Need:
1/3 cup rose water
1 tablespoon geranium oil
4 Vitamin E capsules
3 tablespoons aloe vera gel
Creating Your Vitamin E Toner
To make this Vitamin E toner, start by preparing an aloe vera gel mixture. In a bowl, combine commercial aloe vera gel with the contents of four Vitamin E capsules. Fresh aloe vera gel is not suitable as it lacks preservation and won’t emulsify with other ingredients. Add geranium oil and mix until the solution turns cloudy and is well emulsified. Pour in the rose water and stir thoroughly until fully combined and lump-free. Transfer your toner to a spray or pump bottle for easy use, and give it a good shake. To apply, soak a cotton pad with the toner and wipe it over your face and neck. Alternatively, you can take a small amount in your palms and gently pat it into your skin until absorbed. This toner can also be used as a facial mist, so feel free to opt for a spray bottle instead.
Usage Notes:
For optimal results, use organic ingredients.
Always patch test the ingredients on your skin before using this Vitamin E toner formula to ensure you’re not allergic to any of the components.
If you don’t have Vitamin E capsules, substitute with Vitamin E oil from a bottle.
Feel free to add essential oils of your choice for additional benefits.
