How to Make Rice Serum

Take 1 cup of clean rice and water and bring it to a boil. Now strain the semi-boiled mixture to extract some rice water and starch.

Let it cool down to room temperature. Add 1/3 cup of this rice water, 3 tablespoons of aloe vera gel, a few drops of jojoba oil, and a few drops of vitamin E oil or use 2 to 3 capsules (400mg) of vitamin E.

Mix well and transfer the similar mixture into a small dropper bottle. Apply this face serum before going to bed. You can store this serum for a maximum of 1 week in the refrigerator.
