Massage, also known as a massage, is a way to relax the mind and help the skin relax, promoting better blood circulation and providing more nutrients to the skin. Therefore, after each massage, you will feel more comfortable, and your skin will appear fresher. By diligently performing the correct massage techniques, you can increase the moisture level beneath the skin, making it more supple.
Here are some simple techniques you can try to maintain a youthful face and reduce the formation of wrinkles:
Eye area: Rub your hands together to warm them up and then apply them to your eyes (rubbing with warm hands) 3-5 times. This technique helps brighten the eyes, relieve tiredness, especially for those who have to spend a lot of time looking at computer screens.
– Rub your hands together and then move them from the chin to both sides of the cheeks, then move to the sides when you reach the eyes. Do this 5 times. Then press the Thai Yang acupressure point for about 1 minute.
– Use your index finger and middle finger to massage around the eyes, from below the eyes to the area above the eyebrows. Then use the middle fingertip to tap the acupressure points in front of and behind the eyes, and tap the acupressure point between the eyebrows and the hollow of the eye socket (just below the eye) 10 times each. Press the Toan Truc acupressure point (the hollow area above the inner corner of the eyebrow) for 0.5-1 minute.
– Use your thumb and index finger to pluck the eyebrows on both sides 5 times. Press the Duong Bach acupressure point (on the forehead, on the straight line through the center of the eye and above the eyebrow, about 1 thumb’s width) and the An Duong acupressure point (located in the middle of the line connecting the two ends of the eyebrows) for half a minute each.
Forehead area:
Rub your hands together to warm them up and then place them on your forehead, moving from the center to the sides and then in the opposite direction (separating and merging motions), doing this 5 times.
Put your palms together and then press them against your forehead, rubbing the entire forehead (rubbing horizontally) until it feels warm, and then stop.
Cheek area:
Warm your hands and then place them on both cheeks. Use your index finger and ring finger to hold the corners of the mouth, simultaneously moving them towards the center and then apart, doing this 5 times. Press the Dia Thuong acupressure point (0.4 thumb’s width from the corner of the mouth, or on the horizontal line between the lip and laugh lines) and the Giap Xa acupressure point (clench your teeth, acupressure points are in front of the jawline and above the lower jawbone, 1 finger’s width) for half a minute each.
Rub your hands together to warm them up and then use the palm to gently massage the cheeks in a circular motion, moving towards both sides. Press the Quyen Lieu acupressure point (located next to the cheeks below the cheekbone) and the Giap Xa acupressure point on the jawline.
These techniques help open up the jawbone area for a more natural smile and help reduce wrinkles in the laugh lines.

Press the Nghinh Huong acupressure point (intersection point of the horizontal line between the nose and the groove between the nose and mouth) for 1 minute.
Ear area:
Use your index and middle fingers to form a V shape and rub the ears up and down until they feel warm.
Neck area:
Lean your head back and rub your hands together to warm them up, then use both hands to stroke the neck from the center downwards.
Back of the neck:
Also rub your hands together and then change to rubbing the back of the neck until it feels warm.
Scalp massage:
Use all 10 fingertips to massage the scalp, from the forehead to the back of the neck, from the ear to the top of the head, from the Thai Yang area to the back. Remember to use the fingertips to avoid scratching the scalp.
