I only sing a fraction of what my mother can. My mother loves the profession and loves to sing, but during the years working at the Bac Ninh Quan Ho Troupe, my mother has not been recognized for anything, I feel sad for my mother. I have made efforts to achieve what I have today to dedicate it to my mother. My mother will be happy and proud of her son. Today is my mother’s birthday, I write a few lines hoping that my mother will be happy, healthy, love life, and be happy“.

People’s Artist Tu Long is teary-eyed: “I didn’t spend much of my childhood with my parents. I have memories of being beaten. I love my father very much, and I am proud of him, but I have never said ‘I love you, Dad’ in my life

When I failed and was deceived… I shared it with my mother. I have a daughter and I also love her like that. Sometimes I playfully tease her, which makes her scared. She is afraid of me like I was afraid of my father. I ask my sister Van to speak on my behalf because I can’t do it.”
