Mix tomato juice (or mashed tomatoes) with oatmeal (or rice flour, rice bran) to create a paste. Apply it evenly to the face and leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse the face with warm water.

You can cut thin slices of tomato and apply them directly to the face. Leave it on for about 20 minutes and then rinse with clean water.

Or cut the tomato in half, lightly dip the cut side of the tomato in finely ground sea salt and apply it to the areas of the skin with melasma.

Exfoliating dead skin cells:

You can also combine 1 teaspoon of sugar with 1 mashed tomato in a ratio. Then, apply the exfoliating mixture to the body, massage gently to enhance the effectiveness. It is recommended to use a tomato mask 2-3 times a week.
